We don’t lock clients into long-term contracts or charge hidden fees. Instead, we work on a rolling basis and keep our service performance visible and measurable at all times.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in cases where a sourcing deposit was paid and Taskflow is unable to present qualified candidates within the agreed-upon timeframe. Once a candidate is approved and the operator begins work, refunds are not typically offered. If performance issues arise, we provide prompt replacements at no additional cost, not refunds. This ensures continuity and protects your momentum while honoring the work our operators complete.

Rather than refunding and walking away, we lean in. If something isn’t working, we’ll assess the issue, troubleshoot, and make it right — whether through talent replacement, revised onboarding, or coaching.
