How It All Started
Taskflow was born out of frustration, not theory. While running a luxury furniture brand, founder Zachary Pascarella turned to the freelance “virtual assistant” model—convinced he’d found a cost-saving solution. Months of invoices later, he had little progress, no transparency, and a new problem: operators isolated at home, disconnected from team culture, splitting their time between multiple clients. The savings looked good on paper, but the hidden cost was lost time, stalled projects, and missed opportunities.
He built a different model—full-time operators working together in monitored offices, supported by leadership, culture, and career growth. With live dashboards, time tracking, and clear KPIs, clients get the benefits of global talent without the pitfalls of the gig economy.
